I found an activity on Thinkfinity where the students fill out a graphic organizer on line and then print out their results. I think that they will like this but we are having problems getting it to print out correctly. I also have a question ready for a wiki for them to answer and then they have to respond to someone else's post.

I am beginning to think that too much time is being spent on all this assessment stuff. I personally am worried that we will be bombarded with more applications to learn about in the few weeks that remain and then we have to worry about formulating our plan. This is busy work in my opinion, enough is enough already. I am worried about what we have to do not what another teams assessment looks like. We have been on this for 3 weeks already.

I was thinking about my personal interests outside the classroom. While I am learning about 21st Century technology skills, in my spare time I work to preserve the past. At the present, I am trying to restore a 1950's model stove that has been in the family. Quite a contrast I think.

I am pleased about the responses that other teams are leaving. Its so nice to know that other teams share our frustrations, concerns, and eureka moments. I have gotten some good ideas as to what others are doing in their classrooms and how they deal with the struggles that I share. I also want to today try out google docs. I really like this idea of not worrying about having my jump drive in my pocket, I like the idea to pick up where I left off at home with something I started at school.
